TRUSTEES OF COMMUNITY MARITIME PARK ASSOCIATES, INC.

SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY, APRIL 9, 2009,

HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

PLEASE NOTE: A new special meeting may be called following receipt of the completed Master Developer Agreement. Based on the current best information available, that meeting will be on April 23, 2009. Once confirmed, meeting notices will be sent out. If any Trustee is aware that they will be unavailable to make a meeting on that date, please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks - Ed
