Dear Councilman Hall, We can languish as usual with a waterfront that is stagnant and unusable, or we can move forward with vision and vitality. We could be progressive like Baltimore, Norfolk, Charleston to name a few...or even the new development at Destin. Please support the vision, the pledged contributions and the volunteer energy that has brought us to the brink of a waterfront to make this city proud.
