Honorable Sam Hall,

I look forward to the completion of the Maritime Park. My family and I love baseball and take our money away from this area to Mobile (Baybears) and Atlanta (Braves) games. The benefits of the park would be enormous. I have watched a transformation of downtown Oklahoma City (where I lived for 10 years) move their ball park from All Sports Stadium (away from the City) into downtown. Downtown Oklahoma City now rivals the San Antonio River walk, with restaurants, shops, the ball park and a new manmade river!

I like downtown Pensacola, and the addition of the Park would do wonders for residents and draw tourists—helping our economy even more. There is no negative to getting this done. Let’s do it.
